Elizabeth Kolbert Named 2019 Recipient of the Pell Center Prize for Story in the Public Square
2019 Lind Initiative speaker Elizabeth Kolbert was recently awarded the 2019 Pell Center Prize for Story in the Public Square. The award is given to exceptional storytellers that have significantly influenced the public dialogue. Her most recent book, The Sixth Extinction, was on the New York Times Bestseller list and it was also awarded the 2015 Pulitzer Prize for nonfiction books.
